Gluten-Free Pizza Crust

Tonight I was really tired after work and plopped into my chair. My husband said he would run to the store for a few things and maybe we would just order a GF pizza from Monicals. But while he was gone I snoozed for 15 minutes and was a new woman. Heck! I'll make my own pizza! It will be cheaper and better. If you never made my crust recipe you really should. The recipe makes 2-4 crusts depending on what size you want. I made 3 and partially baked two crusts and froze them. The other one I made into the delicious pizza you see here.

Cream of mushroom soup is still my all time biggest recipe. Maybe I should post the whole green bean casserole recipe. Maybe home made French fried onion rings?
