Gluten-Free Green Bean Casserole |
OR 2 cans of French Style green beans, drained
1 can of Progresso Creamy Mushroom soup
OR Gloria's homemade mushroom soup:

1 tsp soy sauce
black pepper
Optional topping: French Fried onion rings:

Mix green beans, soup, soy sauce, pepper, and some of the onion rings. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Top with the rest of the onion rings and bake another 5 minutes.
Hints:
If you use my mushroom soup recipe it gives you quite a lot of soup, enough for 2 pkg of frozen or 4 cans.
For the onion rings, I used about half a large sweet onion for the casserole.
If you don't want to make onion rings, crush some Corn Chex and cook in a frying pan for a few minutes with some butter and onion powder. Add to the top of the casserole for the last 5 minutes of baking.
