Rudi's Tortillas

I found Rudi's gluten-free flour tortillas at Naturally Yours in Bloomington/Normal. They had all three varieties and I have been having a spinach wrap every day for lunch! Yum! I have a request from a viewer for a broccoli and cauliflower casserole that she used to take to potluck. It had cream if chicken soup and bread crumbs in it. Hmm... it also had a stick of butter and 4 cups of cheese which she didn't mention. So I worked on that last night and will post my GF, lower fat version in the next day or so.
