Hello blog lovers. I haven't posted for a little while. I guess I got all caught up in Holiday fun and games! I have a few great recipes from the season that I will post before I get busy posting delicious winter fare. Luckily I did take pictures of things.I just love Chex Mix, especially after going about 20 years without it. I was on the General Mills web sites and they actually have a whole site just for Chex mixes. It was too much and made me crazy. I have experimented with my own favorite things, trying to use the least amount of butter and salt and still make it taste yummy. Some of the mix recipes are salty, some sweet. I thought it would be fun to do both! The Honey Nut Chex gave a tiny hint of sweetness.
The picture shows the large pan I made, and the tiny bowl next to my coffee cup shows what was left! Talk to you soon, promise!
